CICADA, CICADA, New Realm Pop Up Exhibition, Savannah GA
“Cicada Cicada” was a concept show featuring work by artist, Stephanie Forbes, put on by Ashley Flynn of Alchemy and the Sea in hopes of establishing a connection with local area artists and gallery viable spaces in unconsidered businesses. Cicada Cicada was hosted at New Realm Distilling Co in the heart of downtown Savannah and launched a series of pop up exhibitions within their upstairs event space. This show featured a range of works from the artists personal collection that investigated the peculiar cicada species and its relevance to the human experience.
